Since 2009 we have had the goal to strengthen the local infrastructure by creating the opportunity to invest in the region. In order to strengthen the tourism optimally, we operate apartment hotels, look after the apartments, restaurants and bars - thus enabling a sustainable investment and the best possible utilisation for the regional tourism.

AVENIDA
One of our best-known brands is AvenidA. We have already realised over 10 successful projects with them. The accommodations of this quality brand all combine the alpine style through timeless, Austrian architecture with luxurious furnishings. Natural stone and wooden elements, as well as luxury finishes, provide a cosy, stylish ambience for feeling at home. Our AvenidA resorts are all located in a top destination, offering attractive leisure activities in all four seasons.
THE HOUSE COLLECTION
With The House Collection we bring metropolitan flair to the Alpine region. Hip, modern and trendy, these resorts score points with their simple facilities, cool lifestyle elements and friendly service. From booking to checkout, a stay in our resorts is characterised

ELEMENTS RESORTS
Our Elements brand stands for genuine quality and exclusive design elements in wood and stone. Stylish colour accents and recurring shapes are eye-catchers and are found throughout the entire resort. With small details and high-quality service we convince our guests and create lasting memories.
ALPIN RENTALS
Our Alpin Rentals holiday homes are independent flats with timeless furnishings and modern interiors. We present a wide range of products with the most diverse furnishings. A full management service is available on site.
THE ALPIN FAMILY IS GROWINIG
For years, our projects were concentrated exclusively in the beautiful Pinzgau region. Now, however, we are particularly proud to be able to establish our Alpin Family in other federal states as well. We are looking . forward to expanding our offer in Vorarlberg, Tyrol and Styria in the near future.
